At UpTime Management Solutions, we have over 25 years’ experience in the ATM industry – both retail an financial machines – explicitly specializing in terminal monitoring, maintenance and customer service. Within the industry, our team has worked with everything from billion-dollar companies to small business owners running a single ATM. Our company provides unrivaled remote management solutions for ATM owners and operators across the country who don’t have the time or resources to implement terminal monitoring processes themselves. Alicia Chance has twelve years of experience in the ATM field, working with industry leaders such as Welch ATM and Cardtronics. She attended Midstate College and as a certified ATM Technician and Technical Support Supervisor, she spent much of her career focusing on remote monitoring and maintenance, saving millions of dollars in ATM service related expenses. She translated these skills to launch cost reduction initiatives for Independent ATM Deployers, to better manage, maintain and service their ATM portfolio as well as the relationships with their customer and end users
